What we collect on this site and in the signed-in product, why, who processes it, and how to reach us.

Last updated . This page covers the public marketing site at https://ocpplab.com, including the contact form, the newsletter signup, and the signed-in product at https://app.ocpplab.com.

Who we are

OCPPLab operates this site. Questions: support@ocpplab.com.

Contact form

The form on /contact collects first name, last name, email, company, optional phone, and message. Optional marketing consent is a separate checkbox and is not required to send a message.

Submissions are delivered to our team (Slack via a Supabase edge function), together with whether you ticked the marketing consent box. This marketing form does not write leads into a customer database. We use the message to reply about demos, plans, and protocol coverage.

Newsletter signup

The email form on blog posts stores your email address, which form you used, and the signup time in our Supabase database. We use the address only to send OCPPLab product and OCPP / OCPI protocol updates. We have not sent any newsletter emails yet. We do not sell or share the list.

We keep the address until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, email support@ocpplab.com from the subscribed address with the subject “Unsubscribe”. We delete the address from the list.

Cookies and analytics on this site

This site has no cookie banner because it sets no analytics or advertising cookies. PostHog records page views and interactions in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies, keeps no identifier across visits, and records no session replay. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and page speed without cookies. We do not use Google Analytics.

Cookies are set only when you need them: sign-in cookies when you sign in to the product, and Intercom’s own cookies after you open the support chat.

When you send the contact form, our server records an event for the outcome (sent, blocked, or failed) with yes/no flags for whether you gave a company or phone. It does not include your name, email, or message. We do not sell personal information.

The signed-in product

When you create an account we store your email, name, and the organizations and teams you belong to. Each workspace holds the data your organization creates or receives: chargers, locations, charging sessions and CDRs, tokens, tariffs, roaming partner connections and credentials, and protocol logs. Workspace data is scoped to your organization and only its members can read it.

Logs are kept for 7 days on Starter and 30 days on Pro; Enterprise retention is agreed per customer. Other workspace records stay until you delete them. You can delete your account from account settings.

In the product, PostHog analytics and session replay start only after you allow them. Sentry receives error reports, including your account details and a sampled session replay, so we can fix faults. Questions you ask the operator assistant, and the workspace data it reads to answer them, are sent to a language-model provider through OpenRouter.
